Terms of Sale

ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

These terms govern purchases from Dixon Public. Dixon Public is operated by SELC Enterprises, LLC, which is the seller of all goods offered here. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Goods. Dixon Public sells novelty apparel and goods produced to order by its production partners. Product images may be digital renderings. The delivered item may vary slightly in color or design placement from the image shown.

All sales final. We do not issue refunds and do not accept returns or exchanges. If we or our production partner make a verified error, the sole remedy is a replacement or reshipment under the Refund Policy. Please review the product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Prices and payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout and are nonrefundable. Payment is collected through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping and order problems. Production, delivery, replacement, and reshipment terms are stated in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Standing. Dixon Public is an independent novelty goods label. It is not a government agency, municipality, or public department, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any town, city, county, school, or library named Dixon.

Intellectual property. The Dixon Public name, marks, designs, and published material belong to SELC Enterprises, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, SELC Enterprises, LLC's liability for any order is limited to correcting a verified order error by replacement or reshipment as described in the Refund Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
